The Dynamic Environmental Controller..
The Victoron is a full environmental controller, keeping the interaction with the user to a simple and easy method only one push to get to any setting.
The Victoron is fully programmable no need for the unit to be plugged into a PC to set any of its features, this can be done after installation, The Victoron has 8 digital inputs for any sensor input, 4 switch inputs for water, gas and electric consumptions, 8 0-10v output for inlet vents, lighting, heating to mention a few, 36 relay output for fan, feeding, heating, cooling, drinker flushing to mention a few.
Features:
Grow day curves such like the required temperature will change every 0.1c over the whole grow day.
Level based ventilation to allow any combination of ventilation gained over temperature / time.
Heating/Cooling switch or/and variable control & up to 12 zones, with multiple heating sources includes a boost function to help if your primary can not keep with demand.
A live history that the user can choose any input/output to view as a table or graph.
Combo, a sensor that combines RH, CO2 and NH3 all in one sensor, save having multiple cables/ sensor with in the house, temp sensor are digital sensor not the traditional analog for high accuracy.

Feed Blender Controller

The feed controller can blend up to 4 silo’s and can blend any % of any silo, it can be used as a stand alone controller or can be used in conjunction with the Victron PC above, it comes as a complete panel with local distribution and load switching for silos, using a digital load cell amplifier it benefit by only needing one cable betweens the control and the blender, if being used with Victron only a 2 core cable is need between them and can be remotely controlled, also it is possible to use one controller to blend for two different houses.
When blending small % if the unit gets the % incorrect on the next blend it will compensate for that.

6-Module & 6+-Module Controller
The 6 Module & 6+ Module is a multipurpose controller with 6 relay outputs and 5 inputs and 6+ also 2 temp inputs and 0-10v output and can have a display mounted on the top, din rail mountable to make ease of installation.
This have been used for biomass controls, wheel wash, glass house lighting, gran silo temp/RH monitoring and control and many other things.
Are main use has been biomass control for the poultry industry, with a alto reverse function allowing dust to be blown out automatically, using the 6+ also includes a pipe temp to stop heaters running when there is not sufficient heat in the pipe work and a 0-10v to power a variable valve if needed.
Variable Control/Dimmer
230V, 50Hz, 15A max, din rail mountable, dimmer for lighting (tungsten & LED) or single phase motors (recirculation fans)
This dimmer has three methods of operation:
- When a input is made the output will be energised to a set point.
- A 0-10v input is linear to the output. (the 0-10v can be calibrated to suit your needs).
- When a input is made the output will ramp up from its min set point to it’s max set point over 15 mins and vice versa.
With all methods there is a min set point (V), a max set current (A) and over temp protection.
Inlet Vent Controls
The poultry vent control is a solid state and can handle 10Amp of load and support one or two motors also offers battery backup in case of loss of power & aux power power output, can be standalone as seen in picture or can be panel mount with front switches or without, a single unit can be set to control one or two motors and a manual control or a 0-10v input with pot feed back if needed.
There are two methods of operation:
- Using relay output from another control it will react as a slave for one or two vents.
- 0-10v input from another control to select the desired position a potentiometer to the vent control will be needed.
The display will display the current direction of travel, auto manual, and any alarms e.g. overload, fail safe and etc.
Fail safe has two methods of operation:
- Method one in main failure or an external input will open the motor to there limits.
- Method two using a digital temperature sensor when over the set temp will open the motor to there limits or in mains failure the set temp will be decreased by 4 degrees.

Din rail mountable
Local AC Inlet Vent Control (AM7)
A local motor control to be mounted next or near motor and limits mainly used in glass house as a AM7, single output with manual control or a 0-10v input with pot feed back, manual control can be dry loop or 5-30v DC or AC from another source, can be used in conjunction with a priva PC, comes in an enclosure with inbuilt 0-8A overload, Single phase 3,4,5 wire and 3 phase.
Digital Pipe Pressure
The digital pipe pressure is an accurate pressure sensor that will display in PSI, Bar or Mpa for sensing liquid or air and will display the current pressure, the low and high are on there own relays and can be set independently can be used for any application, can be used within an alarm loop.
